Talk:Submissions/OTRS workshop

How will this be different from the last year's workshop? Nemo 14:10, 13 March 2012 (UTC)
- In substance, possibly very little except for the summary of the London workshop if there's time for that. However, I think it's well worth gathering OTRS agents from a variety of projects, nations, and languages to discuss commons issues, best practices, etc. That it has been done before does not mean it isn't worth doing again, especially if we're doing it again with newer OTRS agents (who may have a different perspective to more experienced agents, and for whom this would be the first opportunity to learn from the collective wisdom of a group of agents). - Fair enough. If the workshop wants to produce some recommendations or some sort of outcome (like the last year's), it would also be interesting to understand what failed or was successful in previous similar workshops. For instance, I don't know if the recommendations of Wikimania 2011 have actually been implemented at all or were used in any way, or have proven wrong, and so on. Nemo 15:39, 13 March 2012 (UTC)
